Order Processing & Dispatch

We are currently fulfilling orders within 7 working days.

UK Deliveries 

We currently have one delivery option available to customers in the UK, this requires a signature upon delivery. Please feel free to provide an alternative delivery address should you not be available at your registered billing address during the day.

Standard Delivery (£5.00) - uses Royal Mail and usually takes between three and five working days, however packages can take up to 14 working days, if you require a next working day service the next day delivery option is strongly advised. If you are not at the address you will be left a card and you collect your parcel from your local Post Office or Sorting House.

Deliveries Outside the UK

There are four delivery options for customers residing outside the UK, each requiring a signature upon delivery. Parcels should arrive within 7 working days but this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We offer all our customers a full exchange or refund. You can return goods you have ordered from us if Merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979.

Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached after this we refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see returns form enclosed in your order or  email us for a returns form and if you are a customer from outside the EU you will need to request a returns commercial invoice as well. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them here so please use recorded post. We will issue a full refund or exchange the garment (excluding original delivery charge) within 7 days after we receive the goods back.
Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any shipping costs incurred on your order.

Books and publications' refunds are based on the discretion of management.

If you wish to cancel your order:

a) You can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you 

or b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause set out above.

We kindly remind our customers that invoices and requests for Tax Free Refunds must be made at the time of purchase. This is a statement of Policy only, which may be changed at any time and does not affect your statutory rights.

VAT & Pricing

All prices on the website include Value added tax (VAT) at the current rate.

For customers outside the EU whereby VAT is not applicable VAT is automatically removed from your total. It is your responsibility to resolve any local or duty taxes.

The prices adjust on the checkout depending on where you live so all UK (and EU) orders exclude VAT until you select your destination country.

Signing up to the Newsletter

Customers can choose to sign up to the newsletter by clicking on 'subscribe' at the bottom of the page, this links through to a newsletter sign up form where customers can fill in their contact information.

Creating a Customer Account

Customers can create an account once they have completed their first order. A password can be typed in on the 'Thank You' page to create an account. On subsequent orders the shipping address form will be auto filled provided that the customer logs into his/her account.
